How do I create a rule?
Tap "+" at the bottom right to create a new rule.
How do I delete a rule?
Tap the rule card to enter edit mode, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Rule".
Is there a limit on the number of rules?
- There is no limit on the number of rules
- Only Pro users can create repeat rules
How do I turn alarm on or off?
Tap the rule card to enter edit mode, then turn off "Enable Alarm".
How do I turn blocking on or off?
Tap the rule card to enter edit mode, then turn off "Enable Blocking".
How do I set rules for specific days of the week?
Tap the rule card to enter edit mode, set Repeat to Every Week, then select the desired weekdays.

Is there a limit on blocked apps or websites?
Due to Apple system limitations, you can currently block up to:
- 50 apps
- 50 websites
If you need to block more, we recommend using block by Category, which has no such limit.
Why does the app need network access?
Network access is required to:
- Fetch available plans
- Verify your subscription status
It is not used for any other purpose.
Why doesn't the alarm sound loop?
On iOS versions earlier than 26.1, custom alarm sounds play only once and do not loop. We recommend using the default system ringtone for the best experience.
Deleted the app and the alarm still rings. What should I do?
This is a known iOS 26–26.2 bug. Before uninstalling, delete every rule in the app. If it still rings after removal, restart your phone to clear the alarm.
What if my subscription isn't active?
If your subscription doesn't take effect, go to Settings → Copy My ID and share the ID with us so we can quickly verify your subscription information and entitlements.
How do I change the app language?
Mom Clock supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Bengali, Russian, and Vietnamese.
To change the language:
- Go to Settings
- Select Apps → Mom Clock
- Choose your preferred language
